Shipping policy
All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive an email notification when your order has shipped. Transit times vary depending upon distance. Generally, once your order has been processed you will receive it within 3- 7 business days.
Shipping Rates and Estimates
We provide FREE shipping for custom canvas prints within the contiguous USA and Canada. For customers outside these regions, we offer worldwide shipping—please contact us for exact rates based on your location.
Additionally, all shipments to the USA are DUTY-FREE, meaning there are no additional import costs for customers. International shipping rates and fees may vary depending on the destination, so we encourage customers to reach out for precise details.

In-store pickup
You can save shipping costs with free local pickup at 215 Carlingview Drive Units 309 and 310, Toronto ON M9W 5X8, Canada. After you place your order and select local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pickup within 2-4 business days. We will email you when your order is ready with instructions.
Our in-store pickup hours are 9am to 4 pm on Monday to Friday. Please have your order confirmation email with you when you come.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 3 to 7 business days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@canvaspalette.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
Shipping to P.O. boxes is not available.
Refunds, returns, and exchanges.
All custom products are a final sale.
If damaged in shipping, you will need to provide photos of the packaging and the damage. We will submit a claim to the carrier for damage. Once approved we'll ship a replacement. The packaging must be retained during this process. * Damage as result of shipping is less than 1%
Products from our Fine Art Gallery may be exchanged at no cost. Upon receipt of the canvas, you decide against the piece simply ship it back in the same packaging
