Refund policy

All custom products are a final sale.

If damaged in shipping, you will need to provide photos of the packaging and the damage. We will submit a claim to the carrier for damage. Once approved we'll ship a replacement. The packaging must be retained during this process. * Damage as result of shipping is less than 1%

Products from our Fine Art Gallery may be exchanged at no cost. Upon receipt of the canvas you decide against the piece simply ship it back in the same packaging

We'll help you find something more suitable and send it to you free once the first one has been returned to us

Exceptional returns policy – Wall Art
We only accept returns of wall art products if they are not personalized (e.g. no added text or custom sizes). If your item meets these criteria, you may request a return within five days of receiving your order.
Please note that:
- Return shipping costs are to be borne by the customer.
- The item must be in its original condition and packaging.
- Refund processing can take up to 5 days from receipt of the returned product.

Refunds will be made by store credit only.
