What is free, and what do I pay for?
Your verified account includes 3 free art credits. Add 10 art credits for C$5. Each new image or revision uses 1 credit. Your first C$5 art credit pack also earns a one-time C$5 discount toward a canvas. Art credits do not include digital downloads. A digital image costs C$19; tax may apply. Canvas prints are priced separately.
Can I edit my own photo?
Yes. Upload a JPG, PNG or HEIC photo up to 20 MB and describe the changes you want. Use a photo you own or have permission to use. Your photo is sent to OpenAI for processing and kept private in your studio. Select Remove to delete an unused photo upload. AI can change faces and fine details, so review every result before ordering.
What comes with a digital image?
A purchase unlocks the selected artwork as a PNG without the Canvas Palette preview watermark. The actual pixel dimensions are shown beside the preview; suitable print size depends on those dimensions. Buying one image does not unlock other versions. Previews can still be captured in screenshots.

Frequently asked questions
How do I choose the best canvas size?
Upload your image and the builder will suggest sizes based on its shape. Each option shows how much of the original photo remains visible on the front.
Will my photo be prepared for enlargement?
Yes. If required, we’ll increase your photo’s resolution to prepare it for printing at your selected canvas size. This image upscaling is included at no extra charge.
What is the difference between gallery wrap and solid sides?
Gallery wrap continues your image around the 1.25-inch sides. Black or white sides keep more of your photo on the front. With AI wrap, the studio extends your photo onto the sides after ordering.
Is shipping free?
Yes. Shipping is free on your custom canvas order.
